Ted and all,

  I am not sure your right, but you should be...  It seems to me that
there should also be some damage suits against ICANN and RegistryFly
as well...

  What worries me more, is some registrants whom were/are
RegistryFly customers may take revenge in extra legal ways,
ergo "Vigilanty Justice".  So if I were an ICANN staff or Bod
member I would be making every effort to making each and every
RegistryFly customer/registrant whom claims damage, whole even
if I had to do so out of my own pocket....
