George and all,

  Well kinda harsh and wrong George.  In any event the GNSO
council is and has always been illegitimate.  The GNSO itself is
and always has been illegitimate as well.  Hence why self
re formation of the GA as a self formed organization is being
again considered.

  However with trolls like Joop, reformation can turn into
a "mental masturbation" exercise.  But I am willing to give
Joop a chance to cease and desist his recent gamesmanship
shanagans.  He has 2 days by which to do so from where
I sit.
