The "CS" for Czechoslovakia have been removed from the root at the
end of 1993, http://www.ccwhois.org/ccwhois/cctld/CS-history.txt
The "CS" for "Serbia and Montenegro" '2003 was never added
to the root (and never asked for as far as I know).
