Re: [ga] scammers using whois privacy


Karl and all,

  Also a good point and idea here Karl, although not a new one.  Indeed,
we advocated that ONLY the registrant or his/her agent should be able
to determine and modify what information is available for his/her Domain
name in Whois before some years ago.  However, than ICANN Bod and
staff members disagreed with the idea for reasons that to this day have
not been well delineated and certainly not well justified.
