A ridiculous sentence out there

"PIR is concerned about the growth of domain tasting in the .ORG registry, and has proposed a 'restocking fee' on certain .ORG domain names deleted during the 5-day add-grace period."

Instead of addressing the domain tasting as a serious issue deserving special attention, here it is degraded to a proprietary amendment of one agreement for the registry that doesn't 'contribute' to the tasting anyway. It is .com and .net domains that make all the bread for the tasters and it is the Verisign agreement that should contain such an amendment. Does it?

It seems like PIR could be more careful in expressions without knowing what the danger of the domain tasting really is and without prior discussing this issue more in detail.
I've noticed the tasting issue is planned to be discussed in São Paulo. That's fine, I just hope that someone there will point out it's seriousness and the need to treat it as such.
