Bret and all,

You are too kind Bret, but I understand you to be a gentle person
and a wise man. I however and not so gentle yet wise.

Let's also try to recall back in 1998 as now, some Bod members
than are Bod members now. Hence allowing grace towards ICANN
for failing to deliver as promised in 1998 then and now for a "vital At
Large membership, which would elect 9 of the Board's 18 seats"
cannot be replaced with RALO's and adequately have representation
of any and all stakeholders.

It is also a fact that not knowing the history of ICANN by it's
current Bod and staff members is no excuse for inadequacy. Hence
the subject line of this thread still applies and is still appropriate.
