  Yes.  Yes. No. Several of thousand of our members did ask to join and
most never received a response, I myself was rejected on a membership
technicality in regards to membership policy issue that was not documented,
and still isn't, hence my earlier ?'s to you.

Note: I write when using Email not "talk".  I use caps for emphasis
only.
