Ted and all,
Maybe he was and maybe he wasn't. However in either case,
I am very sure ICANN could care less. ICANN's propensity for
misinformation is well established, and recognized.
We as stakeholders have a duty to ourselves, are fellow stakeholders
whom are unaware, and any future stakeholders, when we recognize
ICANN's generation or generating of mis or disinformation, to be sure
we publicize same to the extent possible so ICANN can correct same
expediently. If ICANN is recognized as failing to do so, than we as
stakeholders should also be sure we publicize same also to the extent
possible.
