I had trouble pulling up the order on this one but the jist seems to be that you just go ahead and name ICANN as a party and the court can do as they see fit. Which is how it should be -- Except if ICANN is operating under the umbrella of the US DoC different rules should apply, like compliance with government claims notification and practices acts. Almost immunity.
