Dr. Dierker and all,

  Well the registrants whom have domain names in those TLD name
spaces care.  But it is true, the ICANN Bod or staff will not care,
nor will other registries.  Risk is a huge factor in a free market.

 This said, what the ICANN Bod and staff have created and has
made policy towards has little to do with a free market, and seemingly
has far more to do with a restricted market method... These ideologies
are not compatible.  Tierd pricing will not save failing TLD's and
registries.
Allowing or not allowing registries to act as their own registrars will
also not solve or save failing TLD's and registries.  Good, smart and
competitive/inovative business savvy and practices can and in some
cases, will.
