Dr. Dierker and all,
Exactly right here. ICANN has repeatedly demonstrated that
it cannot enforce it's own contracts, nor effectively and consistently
even manage it's own web page. As a contracted regulator to
DOC/NTIA, this is not all that surprising but still far from
expectable professional behavior.
