If you don't use the proper channels, then only a few of the directors would be able to see your remarks on this list, among the noise, and may be take them into consideration, or submit them to the others. But "may be" is not the same as to have your concerns AND suggestions published on the web, and then following the procedure: A public comment period will remain open until 5:00 PM PDT/California, 28 August 2006. At that time the comments will be submitted to the Board of Directors for the Board to consider at its meeting on 13 September 2006. best, veni
