Jeff,

At the following domain I spotted a listing of 400
.biz domains for sale:
http://www.reallyusefuldomains.com/domainsforsale.html

That would seem to violate the provision in your
contract:  The registered domain name will be used
primarily for bona fide business or commercial
purposes and not (i) exclusively for personal use; or
(ii) solely for the purposes of (1) selling, trading
or leasing the domain name for compensation, or (2)
the unsolicited offering to sell, trade or lease the
domain name for compensation.

As we still have no operational report from NeuStar as
part of the contractually required Renewal Proposal,
we are not in a position to assess the degree to which
NeuStar has acted to protect the integrity of the TLD.
 

Will you take action against this reseller?  Have you
taken action against other resellers?  Finally, does
NeuStar intend to honor it's contractual obligations
under section 5.2 of the current contract by releasing
the required Renewal Proposal for public review?
