Chris and all former DNSO GA members or other interested stakeholders/users,

I and all of our members agree with you here Chris, and our members
voted unanimously on a resolution in this regard nearly 4 years
ago now, and sent those results directly to the than seated ICANN
board and CEO.  I also recall a number of patent atty.'s from various
countries making this same argument on this very forum in this same
respect, which is that of a jurisdictional, class of good's and/or services,
and first use in commerce aspect(s).

The than seated ICANN board, legal eagles, and in particular
Ester Dyson, than COB decided to turn this issue over to WIPO,
and as a result, stakeholders/users, especially small and medium
business owners with a domain name became victims of bad
policy decisions from ICANN...
