My top ten ICANN-related resolutions for the coming
year:
1. Work to finally establish a constituency for
individuals within the GNSO
2. Work to establish a Supporting Organization for
the At-Large
3. Work to seat half of the ICANN Board with elected
At-Large directors
4. Work to eliminate the ALAC
5. Work to substantially reform the GNSO
6. Work to re-establish the General Assembly as an
ICANN structure.
7. Work to eliminate Sunrise mechanisms
8. Work to increase Board and constituency-level
transparency
9. Work to constrain the growth of ICANN's budget
10. Work to ensure the launch of lots of new TLDs
