Dr. Deirker and all former DNSO GA members or other interested
stakeholders/users,
We have already had the vote for what your suggesting on this forum.
One stakeholder
one vote won out as the preferred method. However at the time, some
ICANN
staff and Bod members did not except that vote as valid, if you recall.
Hence
shortly after, the DNSO was disbanded and the GNSO reform under Stuart
began.
