This is pretty neato.
It never hurts to increase communication.
Learning and reading different languages begins to build bridges between cultures and dispose of ignorance based hatred and violence.
I see no department in ICANN devoted toward education and marketing, or as my Cume Laudi da daughter would say, "Public Relations geared toward understanding".
My internet was designed to increase communication. What happened to Postals' dream?
