If this were a course syllabus for college the professor would be fired. An inward look would kind of be where one would anticipate focus. In that the group is powerless, corrupt and immoral until they straighten out themselves what the have to add to discussion is laughable.

for those of you who are in Mar del Plata, I am reminding of the At Large
meetings schedule for the next days. Note that tomorrow's schedule has
been slightly modified due to room availability problems.
Public meeting on civil society and user representation in ICANN (in
conjunction with the NCUC):
Monday (tomorrow), 15:30-17:00
Internal ALAC meetings (open to observers):
Monday (tomorrow), 10:00-15:30
Tuesday, 9:00-12:30
Thursday, 14:00-18:00
All meetings will be in one of the rooms at the 11th floor, except
tomorrow, where meetings should be in the big ballroom at level -1 (still
to be confirmed - look out for posted notices in any case).
These are some of the agenda items (agenda will be finalized before the
