That guy Bertola acts alot like the captain Bogart portrayed with the balls in his hand.
I sure hope no one disrupts his dinner or drinks or heaven forbid his nap time.
For goodsakes no one disrupt their irrelevant meeting with issues of substance.

All,I think we should consider the possibility of opening up our meetings toobservers - i.e. people who would watch but not speak or interrupt themeeting.For the new members - we had to start having closed internal meetingsafter we had problems with a few individuals disrupting our meetings(e.g. in Rio 2003). Still, I think that there should be no problem inallowing people to observe our internal discussions (except where wehave specific reasons to keep confidentiality, e.g. on appointments) ifthey accepted to stay silent. (We will also have public meetings todiscuss with them.)
