Sotiris has a good point. A list of seeming dead horses:
At-Large; actual representation of Internet Users
Whois; privacy and IP issues
Registration Fees; Taxation and actual costs issues

Boardsquatting; All the way down to the GNSO now
ICANN versus Government versus another Group;
Governance and Scope of mission and consensus and procedure
Well now I guess we should just abandon all of these issues because Dostoyeysky had it rough. Or perhaps the author was trying to tell us something about remaining vigilante with a still breathing animal.
