Richard and all former DNSO GA members or other interested
stakeholders/users,

  Why should anyone be surprised as to the ongoing and again noticed
lack of keeping of archives from ICANN.  It is nearly a tradition by
this time and started with comments@xxxxxxxxx in 1999.  Thomas
and Vittorio are famous for their frequently "special editing"
activities...
