Eric and all former DNSO GA members or other interested
stakeholders/users,

 It's "Character".  And you know when yours is being unjustly
assassinated.
Indeed a hard and fast definition is not available...

 My intent in my response was not an insult, but an observation and
an evaluation of that or those observations over time...  So my response

was also not flirtation either...  I hope that clarifies this exchange
from
my meaning and perspective?
