[ga] Confused by registrar sale of deleting domains

Dear Richard,

As far as I came across, I came to know that the expired domains which
were put on sale are put under certain locking condition as current
registrant choose to renew the same during the redemption period then
the domain sold to you will be taken back and restore to original
registrant.

As I tried the same thing in Namewinner and original registrant renew
the same and the domain awarded to me is taken back and restored to
original registrant.
