Danny and all former DNSO GA members or other interested
stakeholders/users,
It is good to see Esther seeking to "pursue other endeavors". I and
many or our members only hope that that pursuit is more in line with
domestic endeavors and not in any way related to internet related
matters. But whatever endeavors she is pursuing, we wave to her a
fond farewell..
As to your interest and soul searching that lead you to decide to
seek to replace Esther in this soon to be vacant position and your
herein stated reasons for doing so, I can only say for our members that
many of us wish you had taken such a position more forcefully
for the now defunct DNSO when you were chair. Hence it is
very difficult to consider your reasons herein stated as being of
a serious nature as to your motivation for seeking such. However,
if you are successful in your quest, we shall hopefully be able
to work with you or whomever replaces Esther in this position
in a much more open, productive and equitably representative
manner.
