I can only wonder what this says about DOC/NTIA and ICANN. Does
DOC/NTIA still know ICANN even exists? What it's assets are? Do other
government agencies and departments know of ICANN's existence??!!
Has DOC/NTIA or NIST taken the proper oversight positions on
security as it relates to ICANN, the DNS, and Address protocols?
