Back when I was a young no good public interest trial lawyer we helped track down this ring of human importers and Orient slave masters. It was noteworthy what they did. They formed a large corp., they created a workforce, then they openly sought out employees. They were Chinese traders. The only catch was in order to get hired you had to speak a Mandarin dialect that was spoken only in one village in China. Ergo, no one was qualified except for these earstwhile immigrants from this triad. Therefor they all qualified under a special employee visa provision in our naturalization laws. Well my American Chinese employee applicants got the civil reward, and the feds got some good jailtime for the slavery and fraud.
 
But now I take a look at the Players in ICANN staff and wonder what the criteria is to become a member;
