The last I checked ICANN was still a not for profit org. If that be the case some lawyer has really opened up a can of worms with the wording of the fee for services concept as layed out below. If some hotshot suggests that there is no liability for charging for a profit in a not for profit, they are outright not being honest.
I strongly urge all responsible to seek second opines on this matter.
