Dear secretariat and all former DNSO GA members or other interested
stakeholders/users,

  This part of the information being reported was expressly NOT desired
by the majority of stakeholders/users as far as that is known accurately:
3.3.1.7 The name, postal address, e-mail address, voice telephone number,
and (where available) fax number of the technical contact for the Registered
Name;

  Providing a registrant name and postal address violates their privacy rights
and makes them a specific target for fraud of various sorts unnecessarily.

  ICANN or the ICANN BoD and staff claim falsely that there was a
consensus regarding these provisions.  This is well documented in the
archives of this and other ICANN forums as well as non-ICANN related
forums.  And such a provision has nothing necessarily to do with the
accuracy of the registration of any Domain Name...
