You are right - there is no 'pulse'... no lively interaction, no openness and involvement of hundreds or thousands of actual users, no debate and dialogue, no individual democracy... internet users themselves have *not* been involved... it is simply a management structure within someone else's organisation

ALAC is stillborn

(It was only ever a project devised by Esther and Denise to 'claim' legitimacy for the ICANN reforms... (you may recall those 'reforms'... the expulsion of the elected members of the At Large from the ICANN Board)
