Eric and all former DNSO GA members or other interested
stakeholders/users,

As recent history has shown many of us whom have been involved
in internet related issues, ICANN, the IP constituency of the GNSO,
the MPAA, and RIAA, is that they wish to use a the whois not for
spamming or UCE purposes, but as a tool by which individuals privacy,
especially domain name holders for issuing as many subpoena's as
possible to supposedly protect IP special interests rather than the
publics broader interests such a privacy and security form overzealous
lawyers whom may be on a witch hunt rather than seeking to only
protect their clients interests.

The linguistic gymnastics of "farming "tier" access", is yet another
of
many attempts by IP special interests as well as other business
constituency
interests to try to justify their attitude that their desires are
superior to the
interests of the stakeholders/users or consumers.
