MPA Whois Task Force Comments 6-15-04.doc
Description: MPA Whois Task Force Comments 6-15-04.doc
This comment is just bald faced and beligerent. In no uncertain terms they say that those involved with "IP enforcement" should have a bulk farming "tier" access to all domain name holders confidential information. Now what in the hell do they need that for?
It is obvious that IP interests are commercial and that bulk access is but a tool for spamming or other Junk mail or telemarketing schemes. But most you idiots want to complain about invasions of your privacy but do nothing to protect it. Look up the concept of easements, by prescription, right of way, use, and how to prevent a wrongful acquisition. The Idea of protecting your privacy is akin to protecting an IP right: if you let the whole world have it you lose your expectancy of private use. Now look up squatters rights and abandonment. You all have abandoned your right to your privacy.
