Asaad and all former DNSO GA members or other stakeholders/users,

  I suppose this would depend on whom ICANN is or should be
cooperating with, you and your organization or Mr. Bremer, the
Iraqi council and the UN.  On a personal note, I would prefer
that the Iraqi council with the voted upon mandate of the Iraqi
people, have their wishes with respect to the actual delegation
of dotIQ adhered to.
