It would seem to me that if France and the US can openly argue about the process and methods used in establishing a self determined Iraq. And through these open and frank discussions come to an agreement that is approved unanamously by the UN. And believe me there was public input. Voters and all.
Then it should be, especially when a recognized group within Iraq asked for it, a very speedy and open process to establish dotIQ. But it must be an open process for the protection of the Iraqi users. Adjustments can be made, awareness brought to the attention of dotcommoners, and learned folks can offer insights, warn of hazards and suggest alternative such as provisional delegation subject to review.
