Declan and all,
I seem to recall several remarks on the Icannwatch.org forum from
Stuart Lynn ex-ceo of ICANN complaining about remarks made
anonymously.
I also wonder and well remember one Kent Crispin using my email address
for nefarious purposes and being chastised for doing so. Perhaps
the outcome of this legal action will be sufficient for a legal precedent
and highlight why such behaviors from now ICANN staff members
in the past may be reasonable grounds for some sort of sanction and
provide reason for the DOJ and DOC/NTIA to better vet future
employees of ICANN or any other similar government contracted
organizations?
