Now this is not funny it is hillarious!!!
I scanned it and feel reasonably secure in redelivery to others.
OTOH when someone writes something so inane it is scary, 
I just talked with the city environmental guys, doing an inspection on some lead paint. We have children to watch for. So i got a call group together. I think I can pull some coin together so that my poor neighbors do not have to pay more rent to keep their babys safe. So my wife thinks eye pollution is bad and when I take my shirt off, she threatens to call the pollution police. Well the environmental guys said, "not their department call Hazmat" (very funny that is the hazardous material disposal Unit of the Gov)
Point is; I hope I do not pollute anyone or cause injury through any email. And if I cause distress to anyone it is their obligation to let me know.
