Richard and all former DNSO GA members or other interested stakeholders/users,

  Why is it that the ICANNATLARGE.ORG has yet to submit to the
comment period for TLD evaluation that ICANN had ongoing?  Could
it be that the ICANNATLARGE.ORG is yet to be organized adequately
or have held a legitimate election?  Or is it perhaps because the
ICANNATLARGE.ORG members cannot agree upon a policy and
process for the expansion or introduction of TLD's that it's members
can get on board with or have voted upon in agreement with?  Or both?
Please advise...

  ALthough the ALAC is itself not a legitimate representative organization
of stakeholders/users, it is showing that it can raise funds according
to your comments below, if accurate..  Lack of fund raising
ability is a trait that the ICANNATLARGE.ORG has been and
continues to be, straddled with...
