Michael and all former DNSO GA members or other stakeholders/users,

  I think the more relevant issue or point that Kristy has again
raised, it why should a obviously illegitimate ALAC be given
or allowed any "power" of any kind when it does not represent
any and all "Interested parties" or stakeholders/users unencumbered?
