report on the <STRONG>Top 50 Bad Hosts and Networks</STRONG>. This quarter, we 
report on the hosts that are improving and the repeat offenders where 
improvements are short-lived. Find out who the good hosts are and who needs to 
do more to clean-up.</P>

at the end of 2010, <A style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #ddd; FONT-FAMILY: Arial, 
Helvetica, sans-serif; COLOR: #222; FONT-WEIGHT: bold; TEXT-DECORATION: none" 
href="http://sitevet.com/db/asn/AS29106"; target=_blank>VolgaHost</A> had 
climbed to 1st in the bad host rankings, having been floating around the top 10 
for over 6 months. This suspected Russian crime server, with just 256 allocated 
IPs, remains home to persistent Zeus servers and infected web sites with little 
to no evidence of removals.</P>
