  FWIW the insider threat here is enormous.  But expect to see
this become a trend for awhile at least.  I hope our LEA's are
on top of this as well.  However as Amazon are already USG contractor
providers they are essentially immune from criminal charges of any
sort, but not civil.  So perhaps Amazon feels bold enough to be
offering this particular sort of service as the concern regarding
legal redress is significantly diminished.
