  Seems that ICANn is no longer posting these announcments to
the GA.  How unfortunate.

  So yet again I guess many users should prepair themselves for
a storm of spam, malware, phising fraud attemts, malware, and
various froms of virus attacks in 'Pursian'.  Lets hope that
ICANN once much vaunted SSAC is ready to deal directly with
this new IDN TDL's registrar/registry's shortcomings in this 
regard.  So far the SSAC has been far from adaquately able or
perhaps willing to do so.
