  This is a good idea IMO.  However most yahoo users will find it very
restricting.  But that is as it should be in that ICANN's SSAC has been
unable or unwilling to get Yahoo to clean up it's act appropriately and
Yahoo has been less that cooperative with the Internet community accordingly.
