  Seems that Canada has now taken a more intense interest
in respect to it's citizens privacy, and rightly so.  Perhaps
Google will 'Get the message' and mend their ways in the near
future as well as compensate any and all individuals that
were exposed in this and other privacy violation incidents
it is responsible for voluntary, but I doubt it.  So as
a result strengthening private sector privacy protection 
requirenemts for 'Service Providers' of any type or sort
may/should be the next legislative step needed to incentivize
service providers such as Google, Facebook, ICANN, Myspace,
Yahoo, and others whom have demonstrated that voluntary
self regulation is far less than adaquately successful.
