  This example demonstrates why in the US, taxpayers must remain
diligent regarding good security even or especially when such 
diligence involves government agencies and non-profit corps.
and perhaps especially those that are 'voluntary programs', eh?  
Great job here Jill, keep that 'nose/Sniffer' working! >:) Keeping
the 'Accountability' pressure on is now more than any time in my
lifetime, important...

The Internal Revenue Service failed to check as required by agency rules the 
nonprofit status of groups participating in a volunteer program that provides 
free tax advice and electronic filing of returns to low-income and elderly 
taxpayers, according to an internal report released on Monday.
