Hugo and all,

  I must agree with you Hugo.  But try to remember that there
are no effective SPAM filters deployed and so we occasionally
get this kind of nonsense especially from Yahoo or Gmail
email addresses.  Further Yahoo in this instance seems to
be less than cooperative with the rest of the Internet community
in keeping it's DNS properly configured, See:

Further it seems that ICANN's SSAC doesn't seem to be able or willing
to properly council Yahoo accordingly.  One has to wonder why?  But to
make things more interesting we have this 'Offering' from

which seems to actually belie Yahoo's! actual practices... Seems also
that Mr. Evans and Yahoo's! leadership and legal council appear to
be less than ethical in some aspects of their professional responsibilities
accordingly.  A sad comentary indeed! >:(
