Why don't we just cut to the chase.  Somebody post the Registrants Petition 
here.  We will find out what is objectionable about it --  fix it.  Then keep 
it posted here and "circulate" it for support signatories.  Then resubmit it.  
It cannot be proprietary. It cannot do worse than it has. And it can be done on 
a list to which all GNSO, BoD and staff are members of by rule. 
 
I have watched the proposed founding members constantly start here and run off 
because ???? And then report back that it failed. Ok that way has failed 
because ???? try it here.
