<P>in my country freedom of expression under the first amendment for all 
peoples is a </P>
<P>principal many cherish and those that don't have such,&nbsp;greatly 
covet.&nbsp; I would therefore</P>
<P>hope that ICANN a Calif. non-profit corp, would be properly respectful of 
such accordingly.</P>

<P>&nbsp; Failing immediate reinstatement of Dr. Joe's posting to the GA, 
perhaps Dr. Joe </P>
<P>should avail himself through a designated Calif. resident representative of 
filing an </P>
<P>official complaint should he be so inclined or motivated to do so at </P>

been censored. Got this yesterday. I have no idea why that is. The message 
referenced by the censor seems confused.<BR><BR>Could the censor please point 
out what is inappropriate about the message referenced below?<BR><BR>Hugh I 
think there has been a cut and paste error in the usual haste that is ICANN. 
Hugh can you make sense of this ruling. <BR><BR>My only other comment is that I 
find the actions taken by the censor to be inappropriate and in violation of 
the General Assembly rules.<BR><BR>Also Hugh if you will be so kind as to
