The message referenced by the censor seems confused. Could the censor please point out what is inappropriate about the message referenced below? Hugh I think there has been a cut and paste error in the usual haste that is ICANN. Hugh can you make sense of this ruling. My only other comment is that I find the actions taken by the censor to be inappropriate and in violation of the General Assembly rules.
