I think this may be reflective of a reoccuring problem.  Posturing for personal 
power requires holding your cards close to the vest, transparency takes a back 
seat.

  I suppose that this has multipul meanings and references.  One can only wonder

which "Peace Process" Joop is referring to.  If Somalia is the comparison, than 
the

movement is not fairing well.  If the Palistinian-Israel process the same can be

assumed.  If some other comparison than it would be more open and transparent

if Joop would be much more specific.  Joop?
