Danny and all,

  Yes unfortunately!  But could anyone in the long haul expect
any different outcome?  I think not, but some of us hoped so.
I am sure also that this suits the ICANN staff and Board 
pretty well, but one has to wonder over a time how well
such will play with the global public especially registrants
and user/registrants.
