Hi folks,
Journalists are reporting that ICANN has delayed new gTLDs and has published
the second draft of the guidebook:
http://www.vnunet.com/vnunet/news/2236683/icann-pushes-back-gtlds
although nothing has been posted on ICANN's website. It might be a case of a
journalist jumping the gun on a story that was subject to a news embargo
until later today.
